I used these first conversations to gain insight regarding the right messaging for my funnels once I built them. I listened to understand why this product was important to them, what it would mean if they had a process that they could follow to create any web page they liked, what features/ user experience would make it a no brainer. These are all questions you need to have answered before you start on your funnel, at least if you want to have one that converts.
